Born and living in Turin, graduated in Medicine and Surgery, specialist in Plastic Surgery and in Dermatology, Head Doctor for 24 years at the San Giovanni Battista Hospital in Turin, resigned since February 2000.

Practitioner with his office in Turin and since 1994 he is a collaborating professor of laser surgery and surgical techniques at the School of Specialisation of Dermatology at Parma University. Consultant at the Koelliker Hospital in Turin for Surgical Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery.

Author of 26 scientific publications and 3 scientific textbooks on surgical treatment of skin carcinomas of the cervix-facial district.

Scientific representative for Italy at the European Society of Laser in Dermatology.

President of the Italian Society of Surgical and Oncological Dermatology between 1998 and 2000.

President of the ISHR in 1998 and 1999.

Honorary President of the International Society of Laser in Medicine and Surgery.

Director of the Scientific Journal "Il Dermochirurgo".

Speaker and invited lecturer at many courses, as well as national and international meetings.
